Return Policy

Exchanges for store credit may be granted on some items if returned within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, without odors and with tags still on and in original condition. If an item is shipped back to us without original tags still attached or has odors, perfumes, pet hair, smoke, and blemishes, store credit will not be granted and return shipping of the item to the customer will be the customers responsibility. All pre-order items, sale items, holiday items, candy, facial and hygiene items, beauty products, jeans, shorts, boots and shoes are final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Local pick ups must be picked up within 90 days of purchase. Items not retrieved after 90 days will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be given for abandoned orders.
